Welcome to Wyn Designs. By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Many of our products are made to order, customized, or personalized specifically for each customer. Because of this, please review your order details carefully before submitting your purchase.

Colors, finishes, materials, and minor details may vary slightly from product photos due to the handmade and production processes.

3D-printed products are created using a variety of filament styles and colors. Actual colors may vary slightly from product photos or previous orders.

Filament manufacturers may change or discontinue colors, and the same color name may not always look exactly the same between brands or batches. This is especially true for rainbow, ombre, color-shifting, and other multicolor filaments, where the color placement and pattern can naturally vary from one print to another.

Because of these variations, we cannot guarantee an exact color match to a photograph or a previous order. We will make every reasonable effort to match the requested color or style when available.

All sales are final. Because our products may be custom-made or personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size or color selection, buyer's remorse, or other reasons unrelated to a product defect.

We want you to love what you receive.

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee applies.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to make it right, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Our satisfaction guarantee does not cover normal variations associated with handmade or 3D-printed products, including minor print variations or differences in filament color or pattern, accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Once a custom order has been approved and production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

We will confirm custom designs, personalization, and other important details with you before production whenever applicable.

Prices are listed on our website and are subject to change. Payment must be received before an order enters production unless otherwise agreed upon.

Wyn Designs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances outside of our control.

Once an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

All designs, photographs, logos, graphics, and other content created by Wyn Designs are the property of Wyn Designs unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without permission.
